Need to Reach Us?

Maintenance

We encourage residents to submit all routine maintenance requests via their Appfolio Online Portal so they can be quickly assessed and addressed by the appropriate team.

When you submit a maintenance request, especially for appliances, sharing a few details goes a long way! Instead of “not working,” let us know what’s happening: Is it leaking? Not turning on? Making a weird noise? Showing an error message or unusual smell? The more info you give, the faster we can get things back to normal. We appreciate your help in keeping everything running smoothly!

For after-hours or emergencies:

  • ➔ For all emergencies relating to fire and/or safety, please dial 911 and then contact our emergency line at
202-792-7070 option 8 to notify our team.

  • ➔ For property emergencies (such as an active leak), there is a 24/7 emergency maintenance line that can be reached at
202-792-7070 option 8 and follow the prompts to be directed to the agent on call.

  • ➔  In the event you smell gas, immediately contact Washington Gas’s emergency line at (844)-927-4427.

Maintenance Tips

Your Room = Your Zone

We know shared living comes with the occasional temptation to spread out, but an important reminder: you are only privately renting your assigned bedroom and the bathroom that is directly connected to it (if applicable). Vacant rooms may look like extra storage, but they are off-limits for both your belongings and yourself. Any items left in a vacant room will be considered abandoned and may be discarded by our cleaning team without notice. Even if the door’s open or the room looks unused, please do not enter any space that hasn’t been assigned to you. This applies to both empty and occupied rooms. Respecting these boundaries helps maintain privacy, cleanliness, and a sense of safety for everyone in the home.

Thanks for being a great Co-Living Suitemate and for keeping your belongings where they belong, with you!
