VERY IMPORTANT AT BROOKLAND DC
CO-LIVING

After you enter the Suite, please make sure you physically turn the deadbolt to lock the door.
The door will not lock automatically.

Mail

Mailboxes are located on the first floor, right inside the front door. There is one mail key per Suite, hanging by the front door
(please remember to return it to this spot!)

Mailboxes are per Suite, assigned as follows:

For your delivery address, use:

[your suite # - your bedroom #]

Package Concierge

Package Concierge is a secure package delivery system that allows delivery personnel to safely deliver your package into a private, secure locker. You will be notified once it’s delivered and able to retrieve it from the system, located in the main lobby in the building. Please see the info guide below for more information!

To have a package delivered, the carrier should come to the front door and call you via the intercom to let them in for delivery. This can be done remotely as well - a call will be placed to your cell phone where you can unlock the door remotely via the Latch app once visually verifying it is a delivery person. From there, the delivery person will use the package concierge system to find your name and deposit the package into a locker.
